What Watch checks.
Each license you add is checked against the issuer's public record every day the issuer publishes it. You hear when the record changes: the status, the expiry date and renewals, a suspension or a pending suspension, classifications added or removed, workers' comp coverage, bonds on file, and disciplinary actions.
How alerts reach you.
By email, always. By push on your phone once you add the Watch page to your home screen.
Billing.
Pro and Unlimited are billed once a year and renew each year on the same date. Cancel any time from the billing page; your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. Ask within 30 days of a charge and we refund it pro-rated for the unused part of the year. Card payments go through Stripe; we never see your card number. The terms say the same.
