• get_business: one business's details, licences and how to reach it. Read-only.
• list_categories: every category with its NAICS code. Read-only.
• request_contact: sends the person's request to the one business they chose, only after they agree. Health practices and unclaimed listings take no requests; the tool says so and gives the business's own contact details.
