you asked:
Watch contractor licenses.
Watch checks each contractor license you add against the public CSLB file every day: its status, workers' comp, bonds, discipline, classes and expiry. When something changes you get one short email, and an alert on your phone if you want one.
What an alert covers
- The license status, and suspensions and items pending on the board's record
- Workers' comp: renewed, cancelled, ended, or changed to exempt
- The contractor bond and the qualifier bond: new or cancelled
- Discipline, classifications added or removed, and the expiry date
From the CSLB's public license file, read every morning. One email a day at most, only when something changed. Every email has a one-click stop link.
